When it is possible, Dance Solutions will allow a student who has missed a class to join another class of the same level and style if one is available. Make up classes are not available during recital preparation due to the fact that each class will be focused on a different performance piece. Makeup classes are only available during the current session in which the student is enrolled. No makeup classes may be rolled over into any future sessions. Adult drop-in classes do not have a makeup option. Adult enrollment exercise classes can be made up in any other adult exercise class available.


  • Payment for classes must be made prior to entering your dance class.
  • Payments will be considered late and charged at $10 late fee if paid after the 5th day of the current month.
  • Enrollment classes missed must be made up within the same session as purchased.
  • Class purchases for all drop-in discount packages and coupons are valid through the expiration date.
  • All sales are final for class cards.
  • All sales are final for all enrollment classes but may be transferred to another option within 30 days of purchase.
  • No new student applications will be accepted for an enrollment class after January for the current school calendar year.
  • DS management reserves the right to remove or bar any student from class due to disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior. If this occurs there will be NO refund for the current session.
  • There is a $35.00 non-refundable registration fee.
  • There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.


  • Youth dance classes are available by enrollment only.
  • Placement into classes are initially determined by the grade of the student as of the first day of our Fall session.
  • Youth class level assignments has a possibility to change during the first quarter of a session based on the observations of the teacher and management assessment of the student’s skill level.
  • For classes containing students under the age of 5, placement is solely determined by the student’s age as of the first day of the session in which they are registering for.
  • For the safety of your child please pick up your student on time and inside of the building.
  • There will be no observation of the classes during the session except for specified dates, times, and events.
  • To perform in performance all students are required to attend every class, be prompt and participate on a regular basis. All lessons for the 2 months preceding a performance is mandatory unless prior notice has been given or in extenuating circumstances.
  • A trial class may be purchased for any enrollment class. Prices vary. This option is available for purchase in the studio only and is based on availability. This option is only an available the months of August – October.


  • Adult dance classes and programs are either offered on a drop-in basis (start any time), or an enrollment basis (for a particular period of time).
  • DS requires a minimum of 3 paying students for an adult drop-in class to run.
  • DS requires a minimum of 4 paying students for an adult enrollment class to run for the session.
  • Students must be at least 18 years of age to participate in an adult class unless otherwise stated in that program’s description on the registration form.
  • Students under the age of 18 must obtain permission in advance from the studio management and have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian.
  • DS management reserves the right to remove or bar any student from class due to disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior.
  • Please notify your instructor(s) if you have any concerns about physical problems or injuries. Always work at your own pace.
  • All classes may be observed outside of the studio only.

  • All students must sign in before entering class.
  • Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the class has started will not be admitted in the class and will have to schedule a make-up class.
  • Street shoes must be changed into dance shoes upon entering the class.
  • DS is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • DS and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained on the premises.
  • DS classes are subject to cancellation or change of time, location, teacher or substitution based on management discretion.
  • Filming and/or photography of any sort are not permitted at any time.
  • No animals are permitted on the premises except identified service animals.
  • Food and/or gum are not permitted in the studios. Bottled water is acceptable.
